Dr. Katheryn has over 25 years of experience in leadership, education, financial services, disaster relief, strategic planning and as a humanitarian. Known for her strategic vision, she creates an environment where people are encouraged to build strong skills, develop emotional intelligence, and form a clear sense of identity. She has worked as a Budget Analyst at the Government Tank Automotive Command (TACOM), held leadership roles at Allstate Insurance Company, and served as an Associate Consultant with Global Strategic Partnerships, LLC serving domestic and international organizations.

Dr. Katheryn, author of the Destiny Curriculum, also serves as a speaker, Christian therapist, and life coach. As the CEO of Destiny Family Services, CDC, and Destiny Global Enterprises, she is dedicated to helping women and youth break cycles of dysfunction and reach their goals so they can fulfil their purpose in life. Destiny Family Services, CDC’s programs blend emotional healing with practical leadership strategies, resources, and opportunities, empowering participants to build confidence, overcome challenges, and create positive changes in their lives.
